The availability of suitable physical spaces, guaranteed by the structures of the territory, is an essential element for an industrial development model.
But it is also important to provide a comprehensive response to the needs of the potential installation. In this regard, the figure of the “key account manager” has been defined who, as a single point of reference for the client company, will have the task of simplifying, as much as possible, the administrative procedures required by law on the basis of the specific industrial development plan.
This is also with a view to designing a one-stop shop for the customer that can provide services for wide-ranging industrialisation. The one-stop shop, which will have an appropriate number of both internal and external staff and will operate under the guidance of the range of services offered, will use an online platform to collect and share the necessary information.
The one-stop shop will provide services and information on: logistics, positioning in the areas; independent assessment of technical, economic and financial feasibility; technology transfer, legal and contractual aspects, taxation and incentives; legal authorisations; and financial engineering.
